Fruit fall of Dao or Pacific Walnut (Dracontomelon dao). Is a large tree that can grow up to 55 metres tall with buttresses up to 5 metres high. Fast growing and sun-loving tree species with edible leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds. One of my top choice for refo and tree planting.
The exact age of the tree is undetermined. As you can see the butress is already a meter high. This is one reason why species like this shouldn't be planted near on any concrete structures.
This tree is a candidate to be listed as a heritage tree.
