Lagtang (Anamirta cocculus)

Additional 400 pieces propagation of Lagtang (Anamirta cocculus) also known as Fish Berry. The fruit is a well known fish poison used commonly by fisherfolks. Known more as a bast fiber plant. Bark is made into rope. πŸ’•πŸŒ±πŸŒ±

Wan Chak Motluk (Curcuma comosa)

Propagating 'Wan Chak Motluk' (Curcuma comosa). The herb is cultivated in Thailand, especially in the Northern Province, including Petchaboon, and the Northeastern Province, including Loei. Curcuma comosa is widely used as a traditional herbal remedy. It has been used as an indigenous medicine for the treatment of postpartum uterine bleeding (Nakamura et al., 2008). πŸ’•πŸŒ±πŸŒ±

Wani/Huani (Mangifera odorata)

This is Wani/Huani (Mangifera odorata) grown from seed from the  ripe fruits last year. Some old trees are still productive and surviving but I have added a few near the riverbanks for additional prevention of soil erosion. ❤️🌱🌳

Apali (Dioscorea esculenta)

These are some propagations of Apali or lesser yam (Dioscorea esculenta) that was harvested last month and needs outplanting as it grows very fast. 



It is a climate-resilient crop that can withstand adverse climatic conditions, particularly during long dry periods. Apali is high in dietary fiber, has longer shelf-life, and can be an alternative staple food source that can address food security issue in the country. πŸ’•πŸŒ±

Harvesting Avocado

Harvested avocados πŸ₯‘ from one of my 12 year old trees. For the past 10 years some of this trees are growing under the shade of the exotic Falcatta trees. Last year the Falcatta was cut down and harvested, so these avocado trees are now enjoying full sunlight. 😍πŸ₯‘❤️

Gugo (Entada phaseoloides)

Matured seeds from my 4-year old Gugo vine. It started bearing pods last year but unfortunately there was no seeds. This time it's a different story and I can propagate more of this from its seeds. 😍🌱🌱

Konalum/Katilma (Diospyros nitida)

This is one of my Konalum/Katilma (Diospyros nitida) at 3 years old on the ground around 10 ft tall. It's a bit fast growing considering that most Diospyros species are slow growing and this one is under a heavy shade. ❤️🌱🌳
