Coconut heart of palm or we call it "ubod", one of my favorite for fried spring rolls or "lumpia" in Filipino cuisines.
I grow this coconut for this purpose so there's no need to buy when needed, although I have tried other "ubod" of fish tail palm and anahaw palm but coconut heart of palm taste better. 🌴❤️🌴
