THE HEALTHY WAY TO WEIGHT LOSS

This are some tips of how to reduce your weight in a healthy way:

* Eat foods that promote good health (nuts,fruits, and vegetables).Medical literature to day supports the superiority of a vegetarian diet to one high in animal protein.
* Avoid high in saturated fats. Eliminate refined carbohydrates from diet. Eat complex carbohydrates such as soy proteins,beans,bran,apples,etc.
* Caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant, should be eliminated from your diet. Instead of coffee,tea and sodas, drink eight glasses of water per day. It is healthier and cheaper.
* Exercise. The best form of exercise is the cheapest - walking. With patience, perseverance, and determination, the long-term management of obesity can be achieved.

I have tried all this tips before and it's very effective. In just 2 months I lost 15 kls.!
