Thinning my Kalumpit (Terminalia microcarpa). This specimen was outplanted August of 2020 and is now about 20ft high. Removing some of its branches to expose others to more sunlight and air circulation which helps to reduce the incidence of disease. This increased light penetration can also benefit trees and shrubs that are in close proximity. 🌳🌳🌳
Mulch and let it decompose for additional biomass. Feeding again my soil.
