Mamey sapote (Pouteria sapota). This is the fruit of one of the 7 year old trees at the orchard and nursery of our good friend Bernard Bautista in Makilala, North Cotabato. The ripe fruit is eaten fresh, blended into smoothies, or used in desserts. 😍🌳🌳
