Running Helps Get Rid of Depression

Running can help you get rid of the symptoms of depression faster than psychotherapy. In one research, patients complaining about depression were prescribed to go out and run three times a week for half an hour instead of going to traditional therapy. After 10 weeks, six out of 10 patients recovered fully from their depression without discussing their problem with a therapist.
