Flowering Dok Chom Chan or Moon Flower (Ipomoea alba). Native to the Americas and widely introduced across tropical and subtropical regions where it has become naturalized and invasive.
Young leaves and fleshy calyces are edible; steamed and eaten as vegetable or used in curries, soups, stews. Seeds eaten when young.
