Dok Chom Chan (Ipomoea alba)
Flowering Dok Chom Chan (Ipomoea alba). This is grown from the seeds of my mother vine outplanted last February.
Young leaves and fleshy calyces are edible; steamed and eaten as vegetaby or used in curries, soups, stews.
