Sagisi Palm (Heterospathe elata)

Heterospathe elata, commonly known as the Sagisi palm. It is a slender, tall, and graceful tropical palm native to Southeast Asia and the Pacific, including the Philippines, Indonesia (Maluku), New Guinea, and the Caroline Islands. It is⁴ slender and tall palm from the Philippines with a large crown of gracefully curving, dark green fronds with tapering leaflets. The #Sagisi palm is in the tropical garden, where it grows very quickly. Makes an unusual and interesting houseplant when young, with finely pinnate leaves and bronze new growth.
