Treasure from Java. This is Bondon (Artocarpus brevipedunculatus) is a very rare tropical rainforest evergreen tree species of the family Moraceae that can grow 25 metres It is the cousin of jackfruit and breadfruit. The tree originates from northern Borneo , Malaysia the Philippines and Indonesia.
It is one of the best tasting Artocarpus. Fruit is eaten raw and the orange pulp taste very sweet, juicy and aromatic. 😍🌱
