A year ago I outplanted this Anuping (Gymnacranthera farquhariana) and thought that it didn't survive the dry season last March and April. Visited the site today and it was covered with weeds but alive!
This Myristicaceae species occurs in primary and secondary forests, in peat swamps, along rivers or in well drained forests on hills and ridges, up to 1,300 m of altitude. 😍🌱🌳
