This is Coccothrinax barbadensis commonly known as the Barbados thatch palm or Puerto Rico silver palm, it is a palm native to Venezuela, the Lesser Antilles and Trinidad and Tobago. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most robust members of its genus, it is widely cultivated across tropical and subtropical regions as a striking ornamental tree.
