The rare Seychelles Stilt palm (Verschaffeltia splendida), is endemic to the Seychelles. A beautiful species from the #Seychelles that sports a slender, spiny trunk, supported by prominent stilt roots, and large, undivided leaves. It is listed as "Near Threatened", because of the gradual reduction of its natural habitats from the invasion of alien plants. 🌴🌴🌴
