Sibukaw tree (Caesalpinia sappan)

Two years ago I already harvested this certain #Sibukaw tree (Caesalpinia sappan). It created multi-branches and more woods will be harvested soon.

Decoction of woods and drinking as a #HerbalTea can help ease various ailments.

Systematic literature reviews, including studies indexed in PubMed and ScienceDirect, confirm that the heartwood of Sibukaw contains highly potent, isolated bioactive compounds—primarily brazilin, brazilein, and protosappanin.

Research has proven these compounds possess the following pharmacological activities:

* Anti-Inflammatory Properties
* Antioxidant Effects
* Antibacterial & Antimicrobial Action
* Cardiovascular Protection
