Germinated this Bael (Aegle marmelos) last year. Also known as Wood Apple. This is native to Indian subcontinent, present in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. The tree is considered to be sacred by Hindus and Buddhists. The fruit taste sweet and tangy with a combination of citrus and tamarind. 💚🌱🌳
