Slow growing Olosapo (Couepia polyandra). Olosapo fruit is known for its sweet, custard-like flavor, often compared to egg custard, butterscotch, or a blend of sweet potato, custard, and burnt sugar. Some people also detect a hint of sharp cheese in its taste. The texture is described as soft, semi-fibrous, and somewhat pasty, with an egg yolk-like consistency. This will be a back-up to my 4 year old tree. 💚🌱🌳
