Pisang Seribu

I have 6 hills of Pisang Seribu (Musa chiliocarpa) or the thousand fingers banana. It is famous for its extraordinarily long fruit bunches that can hold hundreds or even up to 1,000 individual bananas, giving it the name "thousand bananas" (seribu means a thousand in Malay/Indonesian). Despite their miniature size, the fruits are highly edible, aromatic, and delightfully sweet. They taste similar to standard commercial bananas but are much more rich and sugary. 🍌💚🌱
