Açaí palm (Euterpe oleracea)

One of my Açaí palm (Euterpe oleracea) after 16mos on the ground produces its first sucker that can be remove and will be use as additional planting material.

This palm is commonly found in South America cultivated for its fruits and palm hearts. The fruit is small, purple-black in colour, and can be eaten raw. It has a thin, fibrous, fleshy pulp that is rich in antioxidants. 😍🌱🌴

The sucker will be remove soon and will become additional planting material.

Limited planting materials of Acai palm is available at BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM.
