Pomarrosa (Syzygium jambos)

For additional outplanting soon — Pomarrosa (Syzygium jambos).

This is a large shrub or small-to-medium-sized tree with fruit that is shaped like some kinds of guava; in fact, the fruit is so like the guava in appearance that people unfamiliar with it may mistake it for a guava on sight. Rich in vitamin C, the fruit can be eaten raw or cooked. ❤️🌱🌳

This will be a great additional fruit bearing tree species for the future food forest at BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM.

Butlo (Aquilaria cumingiana)

First flowering of this 3 year old specimen of Butlo (Aquilaria cumingiana). Although I have discovered how to induce this species for early flowering, I decided this one to grow freely without even pruning a single branch. The wood of Aquilaria is considered the most expensive in the world because of its ability to produce agar — a high priced resin also known as agarwood. 😍🌱🌳

Seedlings for planting will be available again soon for disposal at BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM.

Dayap (Citrus macroptera)

Fruit fall of native citrus Dayap (Citrus macroptera). Utilizing the fruits by putting it in the drinker for poultry use. It is a natural supplement to alleviate heat stress and improved immunity of broiler chickens under hot climate. πŸ‹ πŸ”πŸ¦ƒ

I will be germinating the seeds of the rest of the fallen fruits.

Cut in half the whole fruit and squeeze the juice to mix in the water.

Free supply of natural immune booster for my chicks and poults.

Limited seedlings are still available at BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM.

Preparing the pond

Relocated this Catfish to a smaller pond to give way for the Tilapia fingerlings.

Only two of this catfish remained. I intentionally raise them with a purpose since 2022.

The smaller pond and this will serve as their new home.

This is the big pond. Preparing it for a batch of red tilapia fingerlings.

I also have an extra pond but BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM is planning to culture some Crayfish in that pond soon.

Lance Dracaena (Dracaena aubryana)

Kadok/Lolot (Piper sarmentosum)

This will be one of my ground cover — Kadok/Lolot (Piper sarmentosum). It is a sprawling herbaceous creeper with its leaves are often confused with betel.

Piper sarmentosum Roxb. (Piperaceae) is a traditional medicinal plant widely distributed in India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the southeastern coastal areas of China including Fujian, Guangdong, and Guizhou. It has been used for centuries for the treatment of wind-cold cough, fever, rheumatism arthralgia, diarrhea dysentery, postpartum foot swelling, stomachache, toothache, diabetes, and traumatic injury. ❤️πŸŒ±πŸ’•
