Outplanted Banili (Prunus marsupialis) at the Bislig City arboretum in Surigao del Sur. Our visit last November 11, 2022 is incomplete without this. The introduction of additional new native species in the arboretum will further enhance the diversity of the area.
Banili is a straight bole fast growing tree with the same physical features of the white lauan. This is a heavy fruiter and because of this the propagation of this species will just rely on nature.
