Growing Wax Gourd also known as Winter Melon (Benincasa hispida) or locally known as Kundol. These are from the seeds I have saved from last season. Asside from cooking it as a veggie, sweetened Kundol makes a nice snack. 😉🌱❤️
Need to mound a little bit their plot so as to drain the water during heavy rains.
This fruit is from the previous season where it lasted for almost 6months of production.
I will surely process again some kundol fruits into something like this which I can preserved.
