Caimito (Chrysophyllum cainito)

We harvested some ripe fruits of Caimito (Chrysophyllum cainito). Season usually starts in January and last until March. Fruits are a rich source of natural antioxidants such as flavonoids and vitamin E, C, and A. 😋🌱🌳



My son Bovith loves the juicy jelly-like texture of the fruit. It's his firstime trying this fruit. 




We only harvested what we need for the day. We leave some for the wildlife.
