Sissoo Spinach

Brazilian Spinach (Alternanthera Sissoo) also known as "Poor Man's Spinach" is known as leaf vegetable rich in iron and other minerals. It is a perennial, prefers shade and can even be grown as a ground cover. The young leaves and shoots can be eaten raw as a salad. It has a crunchy rather sweet taste. It doesn’t have the mucaligious or slimy taste associated with several other varieties of spinach and purportedly has higher nutritional content than other varieties of spinach. 😍🌱❤️

Lots of planting materials available at BORIS PRIVATE SANCTUM.
